Former Governor Jesse Ventura joins growing 9/11 Truth Movement

Former Governor of Minnesota - Jesse Ventura

advertisement

Former Governor of Minnesota, superstar wrestler, film actor, author, and ex Navy SEAL, Jesse Ventura, blasted the Governments Official account of the events of September 11th, 2001 this week.

A day after appearing on CNN's Larry King--promoting his new book, "Don't start the Revolution Without Me"--Ventura said on a nationally syndicated radio program, that his initial reaction to the attacks was much like everyone else's, he bought the story. Now, he regrets that response, and apologized for not being able to do something about it while he was in power.

"I kicked myself when it initially happened that the light didn't go off but I was so shocked that this thing had even taken place that I apologize for not being more aware,"

Ventura said on the Alex Jones radio program.

Ventura also says that everything changed after watching the movie "Loose Change"--the most watched movie on the internet--after his son kept insisting he take a look at the documentary. The film sent him on a emotional roller coaster ride.

Jesse Ventura joins the growing number of high profile figures who question the governments "official" conspiracy theory of what happened on 9/11.

Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

Exactly.

And when the co-chairmen of the 9/11 Commission admit in a New York Times Op/Ed, that the investigation was doomed for failure, and that they were purposely stonewalled by the CIA, it is time for the sheep to be sheared.

Check out an article on prisonplanet or the raw story

A letter to Attorney General Michael Mukasey demands he explain a recent public statement in favor of warrantless wiretapping that suggests that federal authorities, prior to the 9/11 attacks, failed to intercept a call from suspected terrorists in Afghanistan, when doing so could have prevented the attacks from taking place.

    From Wikipedia

An August 2006 Vanity Fair article suggested that Loose Change "just might be the first Internet blockbuster" as it became the most watched video on Google Video in May 2006, being viewed at least 10 million times on that site, and with the official Loose Change website receiving over 20,000 hits a day. Millions more have viewed the film via unaffiliated websites. More than 50,000 copies of the DVD have been sold, and many more have been given away.

I guess you are not one for facts and questioning authority?

You would rather just believe Bush, a guy who we now know lied over 900 times about the Iraq War alone?

It has been proven BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT that explosives HAD to have been used to bring down WTC 7.

The government has a minuscule (if any at all) proof that OBL, or Al Qaeda had anything to do with 9/11.

I am opposed to the very existence of the hierarchical state and capitalist market economics, and I am in favor of a radically democratic restructuring of society along confederated communal lines, I'm an atheist, a socialist, and a vegan, but you're right: I guess I am not one for questioning authority. Sieg heil, Herr Bush!

There is no evidence that remotely supports any of the bat@!$%# hypotheses about explosives and government insiders, and there is ample evidence that, shock of shocks, some hijackers crashed some planes into some buildings because they disagree with American imperialism. The alleged "proof" of, for example, explosives in WTC 7 is laughable in its feeble-minded simplicity and errors in even the most basic applications of the scientific method. It is, truly, no more credible that photos of Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. Or UFOs, or ghosts, or God. Or a faked moon landing. All bull@!$%#.

I am glad to see that you have at least one good thing going.

Now why don't you apply the common sense and critical thinking abilities, that led you to the truth about god, to 9/11.

There is no evidence that remotely supports any of the bat@!$%# hypotheses about explosives and government insiders, and there is ample evidence that, shock of shocks, some hijackers crashed some planes into some buildings because they disagree with American imperialism. If that is what you think, then it is apparent that...

YOU DON'T KNOW JACK ABOUT 9/11 EVIDENCE.

Which means, like Jesse and most of us, you bought the lie from day one. But we LOOKED at the evidence and made our judgment based on that evidence, and it alone.

I suggest that if you want to come in here and debate, then you debate that evidence, rather then attack people and compare them to crazy people.

As an Atheist I use facts, logic, science and evidence to arrive at a conclusion. As a freethinker, I try not let any dogma effect my judgment. I hope that you will do the same.

Who said I wanted to come in here and debate? The seed wasn't about evidence, it was about a "crazy person." If I were commenting on a article about the evidence for a government conspiracy, that would be different.

So you are admitting that your only reason for commenting is to inflame the situation? The article is not about a crazy person, is about another person who has awakened to see the truth.

Whats actually crazy is too believe George Bush's official conspiracy theory. It is absolutely ridiculous, and beyond ignorance, to disbelieve and dismiss a mountain of hard facts, including the suspension of Laws of Physics on 9/11.

When you think about it only a tool could believe explosives were not used!

There is video evidence of explosions.

    Audio of explosions.

    Video of thermite reaction.

Eyewitness testimony (including firefighters, police and first responders that were there)

There is physical evidence of thermate (in the dust from ground zero)

Theres photos of steel beams that were sliced at 45 degree angles

What more could you ask for?

There is an absolutely astronomical amount of evidence, that no sane, logical person can deny.

None of the things you just listed are actually in evidence. There's no more evidence of thermite "explosions" than for Jesus appearing on burnt toast. It's a classic case of people who can't believe that something so hideous and heinous could have actually happened in so simple a manner that they will do anything to justify, for their own sanity, the acts as something far more complex. They select ambiguous data points, out of a mountain of contradictory evidence, that could be interpreted in a way that's more conductive to the story they invented in their minds. I'm not saying it's malicious, it is a testament to the creativity of the human brain that they can see plots and conspiracies and explosions and bombs where there is none. Bully for creativity, but it's still bull@!$%#.

Again you are proving that you don't know anything about the subject. Either that or you are unsure of what exactly constitutes evidence.

        I'll give you a clue.

        Photos Videos
        Flight data
        Scientific evidence
        Eyewitness accounts

You can deny, or pretend you don't see it, but it is still evidence. You can argue the evidence, but you cannot make such ignorant false statements such as saying there isn't any.

We have it. You don't. Thats all there is to it.

When and if you decide you want to join the good team, rather than be a drone, then I suggest you educate yourself first, then apologize for arguing while ignorant to the facts. We will forgive you, after all...we were all tricked.

Perhaps the German Minister of Defense?

Or the Ex-FBI, CIA agents, and Police officers?

Here is an article about the former Italian President, Francesco Cossiga, who said not only that 9/11 was an inside job, but that most Intelligence agencies in the world know about it.

Here is an article about Andreas Von Buelow, the former German Defense Minister.

Here is a video of Mr. Von Buelow.

You know Glinda, when 9/11 stories with actual "meat" come out, like NIST admitting "We are unable to provide a full explanation of the total collapse", or 7 CIA veterans calling the 9/11 Commission Report a "joke" and "coverup", or a WTC engineer stating "Fuel and Planes Alone Did NOT Bring the Towers Down", or former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds (now under heavy gag orders) testifying about "prior knowledge of 9-11 by high up US government officials", these stories are routinely ignored.

It seems like it's only when "easy targets" like Jesse Ventura, Willie Nelson, or Charlie Sheen speak up, that people show up in droves to confidently ridicule their claims.

An interesting study in contrasts, don't you think?

I read the article, have not seen the video. But I remember watching these towers crater straight down. It was said that the intense fire from the fuel of the aeroplanes, and their weight did the towers in. However, I have a problem with them going straight down and not falling over. I am not totally agreeing it was an inside job, but it is obvious that there is more to this then the measly government explanation. Then, going into Iraq for their WMDs (naught) and ignoring Afghanistan, where the culprits were supposedly hanging out. I have reservations on that as well. However, if our government had a hand in killing over 3000 Americans, we need to have trials of agents, politicians and perhaps presidents.
